Dickson Smokehouse was established in 2016 with the main focus of food quality. They have been successful in that concept since the start! They serve a high quality brisket sandwich and baby back ribs. Additionally they have pork, chicken and the menu specialty, Jalapeño poppers.
As the owner of the company, Ed’s journey began when he noticed a need for catering services while teaching at a local school. He started by helping out with food service for senior events, and soon received requests for more business. Seeing an opportunity to support the community, Ed decided to open his own company, which quickly gained traction and became a success. Fast forward to today and Dickson Smokehouse is catering all sorts of events of all different sizes!
