Tulum Taco Truck is proudly owned by a diverse team of five individuals. Leading the group is Ivan Garcia, the main founder and driving force behind all their food truck concepts. Since 2017, Ivan’s extensive experience has been crucial to their success. Emmanuel Arraiz, another key player, began with a lobster truck and has been expanding his concept ever since. Litsson Rodriguez started as a manager in their first venture and climbed the ranks to become a partner and operations manager at Tulum. Carlos Reyes, the Mexican partner, inspired the idea of a Mexican-themed truck and provided the authentic recipes that make their food so delicious. Lastly, the Mirabal Family—Alejandro Sr., Alejandro Jr., and Andres—joined last year, bringing their entrepreneurial spirit and extensive business experience from Venezuela to the team. Together, this talented group ensures that Tulum Taco Truck offers a memorable culinary experience.
