Kocoa was born from the owner’s past memories back in their hometown. Ivan, the owner, used to get strawberries and chocolate arrangements for his wife Andrea on special occasions. Therefore, they wanted to create a truck that could bring special moments for people just like it did for them back home.
Kocoa is owned by a husband and wife, Ivan and Andrea, both from Venezuela. Andrea had all the ideas for this concept, and since Ivan has significant experience in the food truck industry, owning Tulum Taco Shop and Mr. Burger, together they made Kocoa possible.
