Paul Likitsakos, the founder and operator of Anthi's Greek Specialties, brings over 25 years of experience in the Greek prepared foods industry. A first-generation Greek-American, Paul built his culinary career in the New York City area, where he ran a series of successful delis, catering businesses, and Greek specialty shops that became staples in their local communities.
After relocating to South Florida, Paul launched Anthi's as a way to bring the flavors of his heritage to a new audience. His cooking is rooted in the recipes he grew up with, inspired by family, tradition, and decades of hands-on experience. Named in honor of a beloved family member, Anthi's is a labor of love-combining Paul's deep knowledge of Greek cuisine with his passion for sharing it through fresh, approachable meals on wheels.
