Dickson Smokehouse was established in 2016 with the main focus of food quality. They have been successful in that concept since the start! They serve a high quality brisket sandwich and baby back ribs. Additionally they have pork, chicken and the menu specialty, Jalapeño poppers.

Meet Ed Dickson

As the owner of the company, Ed’s journey began when he noticed a need for catering services while teaching at a local school. He started by helping out with food service for senior events, and soon received requests for more business. Seeing an opportunity to support the community, Ed decided to open his own company, which quickly gained traction and became a success. Fast forward to today and Dickson Smokehouse is catering all sorts of events of all different sizes!

    Smoked for hours, spare ribs and baby back ribs

    Brisket is slowly smoked for 12-18 hours

  • Pulled Pork

    Pulled pork, slowly cooked until tender

  • Chicken Leg Quarters

    Smoked chicken leg quarter with side

  • Hamburgers

    Handmade hamburgers made with 1/2 lb of beef. Served with french fries

  • Jalapeño Poppers

    Jalapeño cored out, with cream cheese and brisket, wrapped in bacon and brown sugar, and smoked
