As a family-oriented business with roots in the restaurant industry, the owners drew inspiration from their family members who have long operated successful restaurants. With a shared love for cooking, they decided to start a business of their own, combining their culinary expertise and creativity. Specializing in Mexican cuisine with a Latin twist, they deliver a unique and flavorful dining experience that showcases their love for food and family.

Meet The Owner

Born and raised in Miami, the owner always dreamed of starting a business in their hometown. With over 12 years of experience and passion for the culinary arts, they launched their food truck to share their love for Latin-inspired flavors with the community.

    Choice of protein and toppings served with a side of fresh salsa. Proteins: Chicken, Steak, Carnitas (Pork), Chorizo, Fish, Shrimp, or Pastor (adobo pork with onions and pineapple). Toppings: Cilantro and onions, pico de gallo, fresh guacamole, lettuce, cabbage, cheese.
