Julio Del Pezo, a father, husband, an entrepreneur, chef and utility/gas operator.  Julio has a passion for cooking, loves the aroma of the food while its cooking, and enjoys coming up with new recipes. He loves having a food trailer because he is able to engage with his customers and get to know them a bit.  He works hard and enjoys hearing the feedback from the customers.  His wife and business partner encouraged him to open up their own business.  Everything is a sacrifice, and without giving it a try, they would not have known how much joy this business has brought to them.  

Justyn Ortiz, a mother, wife, worked in the dental field and food industry for many years. Justyn's customer service is above and beyond.  She makes you feel at ease when needing to book a catering, building a contract, or just going over a quote. She is usually the frontliner when you see the trailer approaching. Justyn always has a smile on her face and you can feel her amazing energy.
