TBK Food Trucks is proudly owned and operated in Miami, Florida by husband-and-wife team Alejandra Sandoval and Jose Sandoval. Together, they built the business with a shared vision of bringing authentic, high-quality Mexican food to South Florida through exceptional catering and food truck service. Alejandra Sandoval leads the administrative, financial, and business operations, ensuring that every client receives professional service and a smooth experience from booking to execution. Jose Sandoval, originally from Jalisco, Mexico, leads the culinary side of the business, bringing authentic recipes, traditional flavors, and hands-on kitchen expertise to every event. Their combined leadership, passion, and family values are the foundation of TBK Food Trucks and the reason the business continues to grow and serve the community with pride.

  • NACHOS

    Fried corn tortilla chips topped with refried pinto beans, nacho cheese, Mexican cream, pico de gallo, and your choice of protein.

  • TACOS

    Order three tacos with homemade corn tortillas and your choice of grilled chicken, steak, or Al Pastor. Garnished with cilantro and onion, served with pico de gallo and mild avocado sauce.

  • MEXICAN PHILLY

    Savory and juicy, made with your choice of steak or chicken, sautéed with mozzarella cheese, onions, green and red peppers, all served on a soft, toasted artisan roll. Comes with a side of crispy fries.

  • QUESADILLAS

    Grilled tortilla filled with melted mozzarella cheese and your choice of protein: Grilled Chicken, Steak, or Al Pastor. Served with pico de gallo, Mexican cream, and mild avocado sauce.
