Raul, the owner of The Paradise Cafe, was born in NYC to Dominican immigrants and, in his adulthood, was drawn into the restaurant industry. Having worked as a bartender and bar manager, coupled with his love of coffee, he has always worked in serving beverages. The Paradise Cafe is an expression of his vision for life and his view of the world which includes simplicity, hospitality, and community.
