Toasted Food Truck was founded by María Olivo, originally from Cali, Colombia, and Giuseppe De Martino, from Naples, Italy. Although they come from different cultures, they share the same passion for food, family, and hospitality.

Their inspiration comes from the generations before them. Giuseppe grew up surrounded by the traditional recipes and love of cooking passed down by his grandmother (Nonna), while María was inspired by her father, whose passion for cooking brought family and friends together around the table. These family traditions became the foundation of their dream.

After many years of hard work and experience in professional kitchens, María and Giuseppe combined their heritage, creativity, and culinary knowledge to create Toasted—a gourmet sandwich concept that celebrates the flavors of both Latin American and Italian cuisine while embracing influences from many cultures.

Today, Toasted Food Truck offers a unique menu with handcrafted sandwiches, fresh ingredients, and distinctive presentations designed to bring people together through exceptional food.
