3 Island G’s began as a pop-up tent vendor in 2015, where they worked festivals, and catered events. In 2020 they moved to South Florida, and bought a food truck. Their main menu features BBQ, seafood, and pastas, all prepared fresh, from scratch. Some of their best dishes are the smoked beef brisket, grouper fingers, smoked wings, chicken alfredo and you can’t forget about their fresh lemonades.
Chef Gregory S George is a classically trained working Chef , with 25 years of Culinary experience. He has worked all aspects of the culinary world from Fine Dining to Corporate Kitchens. Gregory claim ro fame is that he can create any dish for any menu desired.
