Mr. Mack Island Grill Food Truck is unique among other local food truck concepts with a menu that is prepared fresh from scratch each day in fixed quantities at their commercial kitchen, then served from our mobile unit. Many of their authentic recipes take days to prepare and hours to cook. They do not cook to order on board our food truck.

Meet Mr. Mack

Mr. Mack of Mr Mack Iland Grill was born and raised in Jamaica and is now a West palm beach local. Mr Mack has been in the food industry for over 20 years. He has worked at the Four Seasons, the Breakers, Palm Beach Convention Center, Mar-A-lago, and many more iconic food establishments. Mr Mack decided to branch off on his own and started Mr Mack Food Truck.

Mr Mack Food Truck has since been establish as a staple in Caribbean community. He is often present at many events, making him one of the most successful food truck in Palm Beach County.
